Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Waterways along Pay-As Creek at Barangays Canaan & Garreta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte 1) The Municipality of Badoc, through the Collection of Excise Tax on Locally Manufacture Virginia-Type Cigarettes under Republic Act No. 7171, Chargeable Against the FY 2023 GAA, RA No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Five million pesos (PhP5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA 2026-10-003, the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Waterways along Pay-as Creek at Barangays Canaan & Garreta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Badoc now invites bids for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Waterways along Pay-as Creek at Barangays Canaan & Garreta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required within 120 Working Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Office of the Municipality of Badoc, Ilocos Norte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, October 28, 2026 to November 15, 2026. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on 8:00 AM – 5:00 Pm, October 28, 2026 to November 15, 2026
