SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES - FOOD ASSISTANCE (Reposting)

Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Rice for Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families - Food Assistance (Reposting) 1. The Local Government of Oras, through the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Unit (LGSF-FALGU) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php Five Million Pesos Only (₱ 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rice for Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families - Food Assistance (Reposting) (CB-GOODS-ORAS-2026-024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Oras now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Rice for Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families - Food Assistance (Reposting) using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required ten (10) calendar days upon the Issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
