SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR MUSEO DE BINALONAN

Republic of the Philippines Province of Pangasinan Municipality of Binalonan INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR MUSEO DE BINALONAN 1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF BINALONAN, PANGASINAN, through the GENERAL FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS (Php 1,634,670.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR MUSEO DE BINALONAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF BINALONAN, PANGASINAN now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR MUSEO DE BINALONAN using COMPETITIVE BIDDING. Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) DAYS upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least WITHIN THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
