CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF PATHWAY AT BARANGAY MEYSULAO

INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF PATHWAY AT BARANGAY MEYSULAO IB No. 2026-10-02-INFRA 1. The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the 20% Development Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF PATHWAY AT BARANGAY MEYSULAO (Project ID No. 2026-10-02-INFRA). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires NINETY (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Calumpit-Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through the contact details given below and inspect the Bidding Documents as posted on the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders beginning October 29, 2026 from the given address below and upon payment of a fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 500.00). Payment shall be made in person, to the Municipal Treasurer's Office, through the BAC Secretariat. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees which will be presented in person. 6. Al
