Fabrication of Basketball Goals and Volleyball Net at LiComCo Gym

The City Government of Ligao, through the Supplemental EDF 2026-4 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Forty & 03/100 Pesos (₱881,640.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Fabrication of Basketball Goals and Volleyball Net at LiComCo Gym, Tomolin, Ligao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The City Government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 48 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed project and have key personnel and equipment available for the completion of the contract. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (AR) No. 9184. 3.
