INSTALLATION OF 51 UNITS OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS

1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Gibraltar, Batuan, Masbate, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of TREE MILLION NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE PESOS. (Php. 3,900,169.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF 51 UNITS OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Gibraltar, Batuan, Masbate now invites bids for INSTALLATION OF 51 UNITS OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS. Completion of the Works is required within 60 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 60 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
