Republic of the Philippines Province of Misamis Oriental MUNICIPALITY OF INITAO INVITATION TO BID FOR THE RENTAL OF LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM PACKAGE AND LED WALL FOR LANTAWANAN FESTIVAL 2026 (1 LOT) (REBIDDING) 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF INITAO, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, through the General Fund for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RENTAL OF LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM PACKAGE AND LED WALL FOR LANTAWANAN FESTIVAL 2026 (1 LOT) (REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF INITAO, MISAMIS ORIENTAL now invites bids for the RENTAL OF LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM PACKAGE AND LED WALL FOR LANTAWANAN FESTIVAL 2026 (1 LOT) (REBIDDING). Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
