Supply and Delivery of Various Common Non-Medical Supplies for CY 2027

INVITATION TO BID (Early Procurement Activities) 1. The Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Six Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 04/100 (Php46,580,935.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) now invites bids for the above-mentioned projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the past two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
