Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE Maasin City INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PEO ENGINEERING & PGO ID-Contract Number - 2026-11-25-256PG 1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Two Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 602,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PEO ENGINEERING & PGO broken down as follows. Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (PEO’ENG) – Php 545,000.00 Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (PGO) - Php 57,600.00 TOTAL - Php 602,600.00 Bids received exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) or any of the prescribed amount per office as indicated above shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PEO ENGINEERING & PGO. Delivery of the Goods is Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
