IB No. 27-030 Supply and Delivery of Sinandomeng Rice (One (1) Lot - Framework Agreement) (Early Procurement Activity for CY 2027)

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SINANDOMENG RICE (ONE (1) LOT – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR CY 2027) IB NO. 27-030 1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 4,218,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Sinandomeng Rice (One (1) Lot – Framework Agreement) (Early Procurement Activity for CY 2027). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the procurement of the Sinandomeng Rice as stated above using the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) and Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required as indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of this PBD. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
