Republic of the Philippines Province of Nueva Vizcaya Municipality of Bagabag Installation of Solar Street Lights, Brgy. Quirino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya 1) The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the 2026-Barangay Development Assistance Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine pesos and Fifty-Seven Centavos only (₱499,499.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Street Lights, Brgy. Quirino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Bagabag now invites bids for Installation of Solar Street Lights, Brgy. Quirino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya .4 Completion of the Works is required Twenty-Four and One Half (24 ½ ) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Bagabag and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 30, 2026 to November 9, 2026, 10:00 a.m. from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued
