Hiring of Services for Photo and Video Documentation of the 11th Municipal Heroes' Day Celebration in the Municipality of Calanasan, Apayao

1 LOT SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Provide photo and video coverage of all scheduled activities, including the EKB Legacy Cup – Men’s and Women’s Basketball Final Round, EKB Pedal, Commemorative Program, Inter-Cluster Cook Fest, Cultural Show, Agro- Industrial Trade Fair, Opening of the Christmas Village, and other activities as requested by the Program Committee. Initially, it would take 7 working days to cover all scheduled activities. (November 29-December 6, 2026). The service provider must adjust to the schedule of local government, in case of changes. 2. Provide live streaming through the official Facebook page of the LGU for the Men’s Basketball and Women’s Volleyball Final Games, Commemorative Program, Cultural Show, and Opening of the Christmas Village. 3. Provide professional editing, photo enhancement, video highlights production, and proper organization of all digital files. 4. Provide all necessary equipment, technical personnel, and backup resources to ensure quality coverage and uninterrupted live streaming. EXPECTED OUTPUTS 1. High-resolution photographs of the best moments of each activity, submitted on the same day. 2. Professionally edited video highlights of each activity in Full HD (1080p) or higher, submitted on the same day. 3. Live-stream recordings or replay links for all designated activities, when available. 4. Complete and organized digital copies of all photographs, edited videos, and original footage, submitted to the LGU upon completion of the event. 5. An accomplishment report listing the activities covered and outputs delivered.
