INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS FOR EL NIÑO SUPPORT PROGRAM TO FARMING

REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE MUNICIPALITY OF PANDAN * * * BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS FOR EL NIÑO SUPPORT PROGRAM TO FARMING 1) The Local Government Unit of Pandan, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 707,220.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS FOR EL NIÑO SUPPORT PROGRAM TO FARMING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Pandan now invites bids for PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS FOR EL NIÑO SUPPORT PROGRAM TO FARMING. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
