Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Norte MUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG INVITATION TO BID FOR PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-070 Construction of Senior Citizen Boulevard at Barangay Loing, Piddig, Ilocos Norte 1.The Municipality of Piddig through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum Two Million & 00/100 Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-070 Construction of Senior Citizen Boulevard at Barangay Loing, Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of Piddig now invites bids PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-070 Construction of Senior Citizen Boulevard at Barangay Loing, Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
