Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM FOR COFFEE PLANTATION AT SITIO SUPO AND MABALO, BARANGAY ALBAGAN, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO IDENTIFICATION NO. TAMP-PB-INFRA-18-2026 1) The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AO#5 AB CY2026 GF Proper 8751-1-07-10-020 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM FOR COFFEE PLANTATION AT SITIO SUPO AND MABALO, BARANGAY ALBAGAN, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government of Tampakan now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM FOR COFFEE PLANTATION AT SITIO SUPO AND MABALO, BARANGAY ALBAGAN, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO. Completion of the Works is required (Sixty) 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within (Sixty) 60 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
