IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LIBERTY POTABLE WATER SYTEM AT BARANGAY LIBERTY, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO

Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LIBERTY POTABLE WATER SYTEM AT BARANGAY LIBERTY, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO IDENTIFICATION NO. TAMP-PB-INFRA-19-2026 1) The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AB CY2026 20% MDF 3919-1-07-10-020/ SB No. 1 CY2025 20% MDF 8919-1-07-10-020 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LIBERTY POTABLE WATER SYTEM AT BARANGAY LIBERTY, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government of Tampakan now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LIBERTY POTABLE WATER SYTEM AT BARANGAY LIBERTY, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO. Completion of the Works is required (Forty-Five) 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within (Forty-Five) 45 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, General Services Office, Municipality of Tampakan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am-12:00noon- 1:00pm-5:00pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 01, 2026- November 20, 2026, 2:00 in the afternoon from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at BAC Office, General Serv
