Invitation to Bid Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao del Norte MUNICIPALITY OF TALAINGOD 1 November, 2026 Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (@ JBL, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, DdN 1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING @ JBL, Sto. Nino,Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING @ JBL, Sto. Nino, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO, 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Talaingod, Davao del Norte and inspect the Bid Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from November 1, 2026 to November 9, 2026. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundablefee of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500.00). 5. Interested Bidders must submit their Bids at the address below on or before November 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form indicated in the Bid Document
