Purchase of Rapid Response Rescue Vehicle for Emergency and Calamity Response

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY invites eligible suppliers to submit their bid for the Purchase of 1 unit Rapid Response Rescue Vehicle a. Location: Guinobatan, Albay (LGU-Guinobatan) b. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Nine Million Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Eight hundred Seventy Five and 21/100 Pesos (Php. 9,339,875.21) c. Source of Fund: 5% MDRRMF 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, now invites suppliers for the above Procurement Project. Delivery is required within 45 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, and partnership or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 5.
