LANAO KURAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO 1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the TRUST FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (₱ 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for HAZARD MITIGATION PROJECT-BOX CULVERTS AT BRGY. LANAO KURAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for HAZARD MITIGATION PROJECT-BOX CULVERTS AT BRGY. LANAO KURAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO Completion of the Works is required 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
