INVITATION TO BID FOR COMPLETION/UPGRADING/REPAIR OF ORIENTAL MINDORO CENTRAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL, PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO 1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the C.O. SAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Eight Million Nine Hundred Forty Five Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos and 79/100 (Php 78,945,397.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Completion/Upgrading/Repair of Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-119)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 608 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project.
