INVITATION TO BID FOR COMPLETION/UPGRADING/REPAIR OF ORIENTAL MINDORO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO 1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the C.O SAA 2026 intends to apply the sum Of Twenty Eight Million Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 65/100 (Php 28,707,235.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Completion/Upgrading/Repair of Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-123)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project.
