Republic of the Philippines Province of Marinduque MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MALIBAGO -o0o- INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SENIOR CITIZEN’S OFFICE 1) The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MALIBAGO, TORRIJOS, MARINDUQUE, through the 20% CDF intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (₱230,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Construction of Senior Citizen’s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MALIBAGO, TORRIJOS MARINDUQUE now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SENIOR CITIZEN’S OFFICE. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 CALENDAY DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
