Republic of the Philippines Province of Marinduque MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MALIBAGO -o0o- INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER 2 1) The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MALIBAGO, TORRIJOS, MARINDUQUE, through the 20% CDF intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱150,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Rehabilitation of Child Development Center 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MALIBAGO, TORRIJOS, MARINDUQUE now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Rehabilitation of Child Development Center 2. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 CALENDAY DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
