INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The barangay Halog East of Tubao through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/ distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project: PURCHASE OF GOODS Location: Halog East Tubao, La Union Brief Description: Purchase of Goods for MOOE = Php 50,000.00 : Purchase of Goods for Senior Citizen = Php 50,000.00 : Purchase of Goods for PWD = Php 34,588.75 : Purchase of Goods for PWD = Php 21,588.75 Approved Budget: P 156,177.50 Source of Fund: MOOE, Senior Citizen Support Fund, PWD Support Fund, BCPC Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
