Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Hingyon now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Lot 1: Delivery Truck for the processing of heirloom rice and establishment of KADIWA Store in the Municipality of Hingyon, Ifugao. Delivery of goods is required within 30 calendar days reckoned from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
