Bids must be submitted within the stipulated date and time mentioned above and must be accompanied by “ Bid Security” equal to Rs. 500,000/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft in favor of “Head PFMU, Finance Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore”. Bids will be evaluated on Total Basis. However, bidders must quote the price of each item on a unit basis. The bidders are required to submit a quotation on the “Single Stage One Envelope” procedures defined in World Bank Procurement Regulations/Guidelines. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates notified by the respective department/authority.
