No. PK-FBR-553355-GO-RFB Issuance Date: 19th May, 2026 Bid Submission Date: 08th June 2026 Bid Submission Time: 11:30 AM The Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PPRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Microsoft Software for FBR Data Centers as further detailed hereto, the complete details of these are available in the RFB Document; Lot No. Description of Lot Bid Security – PKR 01 Upgrade of Dynamics CRM 2016 500,000/- 02 Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Licensing 2,500,000/- 03 Microsoft Exchange Server 1,200,000/- 04 Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise 800,000/- The Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Microsoft Software for FBR Data Centers. Bidders may submit Bids for one or more Lots of the above. Each Lot shall be evaluated independently. Bidders shall quote for 100% of the requirements of the respective Lot(s). Partial bids for incomplete quantities within a Lot shall not be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
