Development of Management Information System (MIS) / Monitoring Dashboard Under “Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP)”

GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY (PMDFC) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (CONSULTING FIRMS) HIRING OF CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) / MONITORING DASHBOARD FOR PUNJAB INCLUSIVE CITIES PROGRAM (PICP) PK-PMDFC-551395-CS-CQS The Govt. of the Punjab (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) & International Bank of Reconstruction & Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan/credit (hereinafter called “loan/credit”) toward the cost of Punjab Inclusive Cities Program. Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), an implementing agency of the Client, hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments. The Client intends to hire services of Consulting Firm for the development of a centralized, integrated Monitoring Information System (MIS) / Dashboard for monitoring and management of PICP interventions related to WSS services and institutional performance. The Client now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. All the relevant documents i.e., copies of agreements of completed projects mentioned in the REOI and completion certificates of the same quoted projects invariably be attached in the REOI otherwise no points/scores will be awarded. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs,3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revi
