Republic of Lebanon Ministry of Public Health Council for Development and Reconstruction Supply and installation of a Radiotherapy Linear Accelerator to Rafic Hariri University Hospital in Beirut - Lebanon SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Financing Loan No. LE-1012 (IsDB) The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), representing the Government of Lebanon and the Ministry of Public Health, has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the “Procurement of Medical Equipment for Governmental Hospitals in Lebanon”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the contract under this project. The CDR invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement, Installation, Testing & commissioning of a Radiotherapy Linear Accelerator to Rafic Hariri University Hospital. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing , and is open to all eligible bidders: Established companies for a minimum of 10 years having the supply of medical equipment as a main activity. The Bidder should have managed contract for the supply and installment in hospitals or Cancer Treatment center, over the past Ten (10) years, of at least one similar project (Linear Accelerator), and as defined in the Procurement Guidelines and as per the qualification criteria set in the Instruction to bidders. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders as of Monday October 12, 2026 at the below address and upon the payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred US Dollars (USD 500), in Cash. Bids must be delivered to the below address before 12.00 noon Beirut local time on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
