SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE COUNTRY:FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA NAME OF PROJECT:SPECIAL AGRO - INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING ZONES (SAPZ) PROJECT SECTOR: AGRICULTURE PROCUREMENT OF WORKS MODE OF FINANCING: Installment Sales FINANCING No.NGA 1040 CONTRACT TITLE: Construction of Roads, Drainages, Culverts, Common Infrastructure and Utilities at AIH Bagauda Kano CONTRACT BID NO.: ICB:KN/SAPZ/AIH/CIU & RCD/2026 The Federal Government of Nigeria/Kano State Government have received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the FCT Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for: Construction of Roads, Drainages, Culverts, Common Infrastructure and Utilities in AIH Bagauda Kano The Kano State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources through the Kano-SAPZ now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Roads, Drainages, Culverts, Common Infrastructure and Utilities in AIH Bagauda Kano The Scope of Works includes but not limited to the following: Site Clearance & Earthworks Surface Water Drainage and Culvert Works Roads Works Construction of Truck Parking Waste water distribution network Solid Waste Management Water Supply Network Power Supply Facility Provision of Electricity/Solar Street Light Conducts for Post & Telecommunications ducts Public Toilets Confirmatory Site Investigation at AIH Bagauda Kano Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
