The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accountable Governance for Basic Service Delivery Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Development/Customization, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning and Maintenance of a Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS). 2. The Accountable Governance and Basic Service Delivery Project now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for Development/Customization, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning and Maintenance of a Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS) in Sierra Leone. The proposers are required to implement key features of the PIMIS system in Sierra Leone 1 year and maintain the system for 3 years. The resulting PIMIS will be wholly owned by the Government of Sierra Leone. The Firm will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the system following commissioning to address any emerging issues while undertaking maintenance activities. 3. The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”
