INVITATION FOR BIDS – GOODS PROCUREMENT (SINGLE-ENVELOPE BIDDING PROCESS) PROCUREMENT NOTICE Country: Türkiye Project Name: Support to Transition to Labour Market Project Contract Title: Procurement of Laptop Computers Grant No.: TF0B7815 RFB Reference No.: FRIT2.GO-2.2-04-I The European Commission and the World Bank have signed a framework agreement for the Programmatic Single-Donor Trust Fund under the Partnership Program for the Central Asia and Europe Region. Within the scope of this framework agreement, a grant agreement has been signed between the Republic of Türkiye and the World Bank (the Bank) for the financing of the Support to Transition to Labour Market Project (the Project). Expenditures under this contract will be financed from this grant fund. The Department of Support Services of the Turkish Employment Agency General Directorate invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Procurement of Laptop Computers. The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) process as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
