Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email as PDF documents to BIDBOX-TUR@unicef.org in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects: CONFIDENTIAL:RFP-TURA-2026-07-LRPS-9204951 - One Email for Technical Proposal(s), - One Email for Financial Proposal(s) as password protected. Financial proposals shall be sent by bidders in an encrypted way (password protected) in a separate email. Please do not put the passwords in the email. The passwords for the financial proposals will be requested only from the technically qualified bidders when the technical evaluation is finalized. The Proposals MUST be received at the above e-mail address by the latest 29 July 2026, Wednesday at or before 14:00hrs to BIDBOX-TUR@unicef.org accordingly. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be rejected.
