Provision of dangerous goods by Air training for UNMISS personnel in Juba, South Sudan

1. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and accredited vendors for the provision of dangerous goods by Air training for UNMISS personnel. 2. The contract established shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one year each. 3. For each year of the contract, the course shall be provided for up to six (6) sessions of fifteen (15) participants per session, each training session will consist of five (5) training days to include a final exam with the successful participants qualified to category 6 as per Table H.A.1.5.A of the IATA DG Manual (Appendix 1) 4. The method of delivery of the training will be face to face in UNMISS Compound in Juba South Sudan or in a virtual classroom. Specific Requirements/Information 5.Interested providers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) via link https://ungm.org/Public/Notice. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following information: 5.1 Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 86101418- Provision of Dangerous goods by Air training). 5.2 Company's contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level 1. 7. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 8.
