Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The main purpose of the internal review evaluation is to support accountability, learning, and programme improvement. It will assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact orientation, and sustainability of the overall ILO/Korea Partnership Programme, including factors that have facilitated or hindered results. The evaluation will document lessons learned, identify good practices, and provide recommendations to inform the programme’s future direction, improve resource allocation, and strengthen delivery. The scope covers the overall performance of the three ILO/Korea Partnership Programme (I-KORP) projects from inception to completion, across the Philippines, Viet Nam, Thailand, Mongolia, and ASEAN from July 2024 to December 2026. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
