Invitation to Pre-qualify (ITP) for Supply and Delivery of Solar Water Pumps

SCOPE OF PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS: The purpose of this pre-qualification is to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers that will be invited to bid for various future tenders related to supply and delivery of Autonomous Solar Water Pumping Systems with a total contract value up to USD 5 million. Autonomous Solar Water Pumping SystemsThe supplier needs to supply integrated solar-powered pumping systems for water supply facilities, including photovoltaic (PV) modules, hybrid inverters, battery energy storage systems, and pumping station control equipment. The systems are designed to reduce dependence on external electricity supply and ensure reliable operation of water utilities during planned and emergency power outages. All system components shall be fully compatible and capable of operating both from solar generation and stored energy. PRE-QUALIFICATION BANDS: The suppliers will be placed in the following three (03) bands based on their technical and financial capacity provided they meet the eligibility and qualification requirements: (i) Band 1: The suppliers placed in Band 1 will be eligible and qualified for awards of contracts up to USD 1 million. (ii) Band 2: The suppliers placed in Band 2 will be eligible and qualified for awards of contracts up to USD 2.5 million.
