The objective of this assignment is to establish a pool of qualified Regional Thematic Training Centers, under framework agreement(s), to support SADA in: identifying, curating, and packaging relevant existing learning content for foundational, Level 1, and selected Level 2 offerings; adapting such content for regional relevance, target audience suitability, language requirements, and delivery format compatibility; delivering training through self-paced, webinar, and virtual instructor-led modalities via the SADA platform; providing Training of Trainers for national cascading; maintaining a qualified thematic pool of trainers and facilitators for the specific thematic domain(s) applied for within the region concerned.
