ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON Maio/26 Infrastructure Specialist for Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I The Government of Mozambique, through the Northern Integrated Development Agency (ADIN), has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I (P514199) , to be executed in the provinces of Niassa, Cabo Delgado, and Nampula. The Government intends to apply part of the proceeds to recruit an Infrastructure Specialist for ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON May/26 Infrastructure Specialist , through a competitive selection process. The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in the planning, technical coordination, review, and implementation support of infrastructure projects, in order to ensure the quality, functionality, and sustainability of infrastructure developed under the Programme. In this regard, the Infrastructure Specialist shall support the PIU in technical analysis, planning, and supervision of works execution, ensuring that all activities are implemented in accordance with applicable technical standards, contractual specifications, and the requirements of the World Bank and the Government of Mozambique. Furthermore, the Infrastructure Specialist shall ensure the correct application of technical standards throughout the project cycle, including the review of technical drawings, specifications, work plans, and progress reports, as well as monitoring the quality of works, ensuring technical integrity,
