ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON May/26 Procurement Specialist for Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I The Government of Mozambique, through the Northern Integrated Development Agency (ADIN), has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I (P514199), to be implemented in the provinces of Niassa, Cabo Delgado, and Nampula. It intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a Procurement Specialist for ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON April/26 Procurement Specialist through a competitive selection process. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the acquisition of goods, works, and services is carried out efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with the applicable policies and procedures of the World Bank and the Government of Mozambique, with a view to achieving the expected results and impacts of the Program. Within the scope of his/her duties, the Procurement Specialist shall ensure the effective implementation of the Procurement Plan, ensuring that all processes are conducted in accordance with the procedures established in the Financing Agreement and the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Seventh Edition of September 2025. Additionally, the Procurement Specialist shall ensure the proper application of procurement procedures throughout the project cycle, guaranteeing integrity, compliance, and efficiency of processes, in line with the prevailing WB procedures .
