Reference No : SL-MTA - TIDU-471357-CS-QCBS The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Transport and Aviation has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Connectivity & Agricultural Market Infrastructure Project (CAMIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the development an integrated, evidence based, and implementable framework to guide transport sector policy, planning, investment, and institutional reform in Sierra Leone over the short (5 years) and medium (10 years) to long term (20 years and more aligned with National Development Plan Strategies).
