The consulting services (“the Services”) include conducting a Strategic Needs Assessment on Trade Facilitation and Agribusiness Value Chains to support the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) in undertaking a strategic needs assessment of trade facilitation and value chains improvement in selected areas and themes and preparing a roadmap and activities for subsequent investment and implementation under the CRCI program. The MPWT now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. The interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selected firm will be evaluated based upon information provided in the EoI demonstrating that the Consulting Firms have the required qualifications, experiences and highly qualified experts to perform the services.
