GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY (PMDFC) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (CONSULTING FIRMS) HIRING OF CONSULTING FIRM FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BEHAVIOUR CHANGE COMMUNICATION (BCC) STRATEGY & PHASED YEAR WISE WORKPLAN UNDER “PUNJAB INCLUSIVE CITIES PROGRAM (PICP)” PK-PMDFC-547488-CS-CQS The Govt. of the Punjab (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) & International Bank of Reconstruction & Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan/credit (hereinafter called “loan/credit”) toward the cost of Punjab Inclusive Cities Program. Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), an implementing agency of the Client, hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments. The Client intends to hire services of Consulting Firm for the development of behaviour change communication (BCC) strategy & phased year wise workplan under “Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP)”. The firm shall develop a comprehensive, evidence-based BCC Strategy and phased year wise campaign workplans.
