Hiring of Consultancy Firm for Independent Verification of DLIs for 16 MCs & Third Party Monitoring Agency for Environment & Social Management under PICP

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (CONSULTING FIRMS) HIRING OF CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION OF DLIs FOR 16 MCs & THIRD-PARTY MONITORING AGENCY FOR ENVIRONMENT & SOCIAL MANAGEMENT UNDER PUNJAB INCLUSIVE CITIES PROGRAM (PICP) The Government of Punjab has received a loan (Credit No. ______) from the International Development Association (IDA) for funding the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP). The Program will be implemented through Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD). The Local Government & Community Development Department intends to hire the services of consulting firm to conduct an assessment exercise pertaining to 16 participating Municipal Corporations/Committees (MCs) in order to assess the performance of each MC in compliance with Minimum Access Conditions (MACs) along with extent of achievement of the Performance Measures (PMs). The consulting services (“the Services”) for conducting Independent Verification of DLIs and Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for Environment & Social Management (E&SM) of 16 participating MCs under PICP for the year 2025-27 (02 Years) ensuring full consistency with the TORs.
