No. Assignment Title GH-FSRP PHASE 2-488923-CS-QCBS Consultancy services for the construction supervision of the development of selected inland valleys in the Ashanti Region at Anunuso, Waamu/Kumi and Odaho/Odamu -Lot 1 1. The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the West Africa Food System Resilience Project (FSRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) shall include the engagement of a consulting firm to undertake Construction Supervision, Quality Assurance, Progress Monitoring, Environmental, Social, Health and Safety (ESHS) Compliance Monitoring, and Defects Notification Period Oversight for selected existing water management schemes for which designs have already been completed. 3. The development objective of the FSRP is to increase preparedness against food insecurity and improve the resilience of food systems in Ghana. The FSRP is organized around five (5) core distinct but interrelated components to help achieve the objectives of the project. The project components include: Component 1: Digital Advisory Services for Agriculture and Food Crisis Prevention and Management Component 2: Sustainability and Adaptive Capacity of the Food System’s Productive Base Component 3: Regional Food Market Integration and Trade Component 4: Contingent Emergency Response Component – CERC Component 5: Project Management 4.
