Call for External Collaborator –Consultancy for Core Services Support (Assessment and Quality Assurance) Better Work Viet Nam (BWV)

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Consultants Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Better Work is a joint programme of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), aimed at improving labour standards and competitiveness in global supply chains. Since its establishment in 2009, Better Work Viet Nam (BWV) has supported more than 500 garment, apparel, and footwear factories through an integrated factory engagement model, including assessment, advisory, and training services. These efforts aim to identify compliance gaps, support continuous improvement, and promote sustainable compliance with national labour laws and international labour standards. In 2026, BWV is focusing on long-term sustainability and a gradual transition of core service delivery. To support this transition and ensure continuity and quality of services, BWV is seeking a qualified consultant to provide technical support to the Core Services (CS) team. The objective of this consultancy is to support the BWV Core Services team in maintaining high-quality service delivery during the transition period. This includes providing technical, legal, and system-related support, as well as contributing to quality assurance and knowledge transfer processes. The assignment is expected to take place from June to September 2026.
