National Consultant on PFM Strategy Development (NC11)

Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of NC11 is to provide the analytical, diagnostic, costing, and monitoring foundations that underpin the PFM Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic - ensuring that the Strategy is evidence-based, financially grounded, quantitatively rigorous, and equipped with a robust monitoring and evaluation framework that enables the Ministry of Finance to track reform progress and conduct future evaluations. NC11 works under the guidance of IC4 and in coordination with NC10. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
