Provision of Post Exchange (PX) Services to different MINUSCA locations in Central African Republic.

The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation process for the "Provision of Post Exchange (PX) Services at various MINUSCA Locations in Central African Republic". 2. MINUSCA is seeking to establish and sustain an efficient retail PX operations capable providing reasonably priced merchandise meeting International Standards and that meet the needs and expectations of UN authorised personnel, at no-cost to the Mission, in accordance with UN regulations and rules. 3. The range of duty-free and tax-free items required by the Mission includes, but is not limited to, Personal, Household, Domestic and Consumer Equipment and Supplies, Food ( Dry, Frozen, Vegeterian,Non Vegeterian) and Beverages, (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic), Tobacco, Perfumery Products, Electronics, Clothing, Apparel, Luggage and Personal Care Products etc. The comprehensive list will be provided in the solicitation document. 4. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for an initial period of three (03) years with the possibility of extension for an additional two (02) years (1+1), subject to the extension of the MINUSCA mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor. 5. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
