Refurbishment and Furnishing Works at Milimani Law Courts and Selected Satellite Office Locations Nairobi, Kisumu and Isiolo, Kenya

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the refurbishment and furnishing works at the Milimani Law Courts and selected satelite office locations in Nairobi, Kisumu and Isiolo Counties in Kenya. The project’s primary objectives of this requirement is the refurbishment of facilities for persons who interact with the justice system in various capacities in Nairobi, Kisumu and Isiolo. The works will include civil and interior refurbishment activities; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and the supply and installation of furniture and fittings to support the functionality and usability of the facilities. The complete details of the requirement will be provided in the tender documents that will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. UNODC will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest. UNODC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Before responding to this EOI, your company MUST have an accepted status with the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org) with "UN Secretariat" at the Basic Level, or above.
