National Consultant on Socioeconomic Impact Assessment of Budget Program

Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of this assignment is to develop, pilot, legally embed, and operationalise a comprehensive Methodology for Assessing the Socioeconomic Impact of Budget Programmes across economic, social, environmental, and institutional dimensions, contributing to the achievement of Output 1 of the PFM project; and to provide substantive national expertise in support of Output 3 (digital PBB platform). Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 28 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
