Provision of Travel Management Services for UNU Macau

UNU Macau seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a qualified travel agency for the provision of Travel Management Services. To be eligible, the vendor must hold a valid license from the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and maintain a physical operation in the Macao Special Administrative Region, China. The vendor must also be able to accept payment in local currency (MOP). The Travel Management Services should include (but are not limited to): • Air travel reservation and ticketing • Ferry ticketing within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) • Train/High-speed rail ticketing • Hotel reservations • Visa arrangements • Travel Insurance • Car rental arrangements (local, regional and international) • Restaurant reservations This Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of a extension, depending on UNU Macau's needs and satisfactory performance of the vendor.
